1. Booking confirmation
When you confirm a tour package with us, you agree to these refund and cancellation terms.
2. Cancellation by you
If you wish to cancel your tour booking, our standard cancellation charges apply as follows:
- Cancellation 30 or more days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 15-29 days before the tour start date: 75% of the total tour cost will be retained as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the tour start date (i.e., 0-14 days): 100% of the total tour cost will be retained (no refund).
3. Refunds
- In cases where a refund is due (according to the above schedule), we will process your refund within 4-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request and verifying eligibility.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Please note that bank transfer or payment gateway processing times may vary and the amount may be credited after you see internal confirmation.
4. Changes & modifications
- If you request any changes (e.g., date, number of travellers, hotel upgrade) after confirmation, additional charges may apply, and our cancellation fees (see Section 2) may still apply based on timing.
- Where applicable, if we are able to modify the tour without cancellation (such as alternate dates or accommodation) we will work with you, but any cost differences (positive or negative) will be settled accordingly.
5. Cancellation by us
- In rare circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other “force majeure” events—we may have to cancel or modify your tour.
- If we cancel the tour entirely, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid under the booking, unless external supplier components (hotels, transport) have non-refundable elements we cannot recover. We will notify you as soon as possible.
- If we propose an alternative tour (date, destination or hotel) and you choose not to accept it, our normal refund/cancellation rules (see Section 2) will apply from the date of that decision.
6. No-refund scenarios
- No refund or partial refund will be given for cancellations due to weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions or other external events affecting parts of the tour (such as an activity or sightseeing) unless the entire tour is cancelled by us.
- Any “unused” service (for example, missed hotel nights, meals, sightseeing) does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless stated otherwise in your specific tour terms.
7. How to cancel

8. Travel insurance
- We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking (or soon thereafter). Insurance can cover cancellation due to unforeseen personal events (illness, injury, etc.) which are not covered by this policy.
9. Special conditions
- Some tour packages may have special cancellation terms (for example third-party supplier conditions, early-booking discounts, peak-season rates). Where applicable, those special terms will be communicated at the time of booking and shall override the standard schedule above.
- Any change in the tour cost due to exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes or fuel surcharges may be passed on to you, and our ability/refusal to refund may depend on the supplier conditions.
